I took out a contract with Cell C in March 2009 and received monthly accounts from them until May 2010. From the begining I encountered problems with their service delivery or lack thereof. There were times that I couldnt make calls from the phone due to technical problems on Cell C side plus the phone gave problems and I had to take it in for repairs. I complained continously about the service I was receiveing from Cell C until the contract was finally cancelled and phone collected in June 2010. I received a copy of the collection slip with the waybill number and a case number from Cell C. I have not received any communication from Cell C since 2010. I was under the impression that this matter had been settled and cancelled in 2010. Recently I have been receiving sms's from JM Attorneys stating about my Cell C account and that I have been handed over to them. I tried again today, 24/07/13 to rectify this problem with Cell C but you cannot escalate this problem to a manager. After speaking to a supervisor in the legal department, Malcom Govender he told me to email my past corrospondence to customer service. Im back to square one. Please help!
