Cannot tell me if a account payment is reflecting

Telkom's customer service staff are soo unfriendly and cannot assist a person with a stupid proof of payment and paid up letter. i was told we have a written off amount of R121.58 that needs to be paifd before we can get a paid up letter i mean really now R121 anyway it was paid immediately and was told it will take between 24-48 working hours to reflect by them ok so i call now to find out if its showing and if we can get the letter, we told NO mam its not showing it takes 48hrs i was told between 24-48 why tell me now 48 this is pathetic really sickening actually. We doing a bond application its declining because of telkom and if we do not get the paid up proof by today our whole property deal falls through can you ever cause of telkom we loose our dream home really... I'm soo upset about this i want it today sent to my email or ELSE... i can just cry really.
