I went for 16 days to Europe. When I landed in Europe, Cell C, like usual did not work properly. I could not make any outgoing calls on my phone, nor could I sent any message. I could only use internet access and receive calls & messages.
Thus was I force to use whatsupp through my internet because that was the only thing working and I received two calls during the time one was a 1 minute, 20 sec call and 4 min, 30 sec call and usage of 1097mb costing me more than R21000-00. What a joke!
I was never informed about the roaming costs in Europe!
Step 1
I send an email to the customer service, but feedback was promised in 72 hours. This never happened.
Step 2
I phoned customer service reference (case) nr 3071501409 and was promised feedback in 72 hours. This never happened. It took them 7days.
I'm still responsible for the account!
I'm on a business contract, and I will never encourage anyone to be with Cell C. They are the most useless company I haver ever been with. I don't except much from them so I rather will just stop my contract and never use Cell C again.
