Once again you surprise me with your inability

Today I called your call centre. This was a huge mistake. I had a simple query concerning my Tax Invoice. But like all my previous experience with Autopage this was a disaster. My account is under my fathers name. This is because when I opened the account I was 18 years old. Since then I have been paying the account via debt order. This has never been a problem. But now it is. Your call centre agent Violet Mohgi refused to help me with my query seeing that I am not my father Leslie Schmidt. Even though as I stated before I pay the account, it is deducted from MY bank account.
Until you can answer my question and you decide to help me. I will not be paying this account. Clearly you do not want to help me so why should I pay a company that doesn't want to help their customer?
