Very very bad attitude

My goodness, I can't believe the attitude of your consultant Noluthando, I don't know her department because she didn't tell me.
I lodged a query asking my telephone limit to be reduced to R500 per month. She just called me now informing me that that's not possible- she doesn't give a reason but that "it's not done". She then tells me to call a certain Telkom number for Block Plus. I ask her how Block Plus works and she says I must just call them. I tell her I'm out of the office and will only be back tomorrow and she tells me to call them tomorrow!!! I ask her for a brief explanation of how this Block Plus works and she tells me she doesn't work for that department so she doesn't know how it works!!! Really!!! I ask her how she could refer me to something she knows nothing about an she gets agitated and tells me where to get off! And she drops the phone on me!!!
Please talk to your staff, rudeness is not acceptable at all. I demand that she call me back with info on this Block Plus and a sincere apology. I will accept no less... I repeat, she can't refer me to a department she knows nothing about. I'm not just a number, I'm a paying TELKOM client
