I am really disappointed on Standard Bank SA, I was in Namibia for 19 months just to arrive back here permanently and to go to Standard Bank Centurion and sit down with one of the consultants to sort out my account. She made a few calls and then tells me Admin will phone me in 2 to 4 days (which is totally unacceptable) I use to have a prestige manager who you can speak to and I was not even helped. My account was block because I went into overdraft but I do have an overdraft fatality of 100k and still they blocked my account - it cost me R 150 in airtime yesterday to phone around from prestige then to legal and then they told me I must wait for Admin to phone me.

My credit card was also handed over and I if my account was not block this would not have happened so I told the attorneys that I waiting for Standard bank to get back to me

I want my account reinstated as it was before tomorrow 05 December 2013 as well as my credit card so that I can pay it monthly. I do expect a call today before 17h00
