No Answer on prepaid call centre

I'm trying to call the MTN call center for prepaid and there's no answer and this been going on since Sunday. This is ridiculous and pathetic service. MTN please sort you your prepaid call center coz i need to do a sim swap ASAP on my lost phone and black listing as well!!!
