WHEN I DECIDED TO UPGRADE ON THE 18TH JULY I MADE THE WORST DECISION EVER... I UPGRADED FROM A BLACKEBERRY TO A SAMSUNG S4, AND I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE MY PHONE SINCE PORTING, I WAS NOT INFORMED BY CANDICE WHO I DEALT WITH WHEN DOING MY UPGRADE, SHE FAILED TO INFORM ME HOW THE UPGRADE WILL AFFECT ME, I SPOKE TO BRENDA, A SUPERVISOR, WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID, THEN I SPOKE TO ANOTHER CONSULTANT SHE TOLD ME NOT TO HOLD THERE IS OTHER CUSTOMERS ON THE LINE. LIKE IM NOT A CUSTOMER MYSELF, WHILE I PAY MONTHLY AND DESERVE SOME GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.BRENDA THE SUPERVISOR PROMISED TO CALL ME, AND THAT YET ANOTHER EMPTY PROMISE, AND THIS JUST SJHOWS FROM SUPERVISOR LEVEL TO CONSULTANTS THEY DONT CARE ABOUT OFFERING ME GOOD SERVICE AND DEALING WITH MY QUERY, WHILE THEY WILL BE DEBITING MY ACCOUNT ON THE 28TH, AT THIS POINT I FEEL THEY SHOULD TAKE BACK, THEIR PHONE.CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME BACK, I NEED URGENT HELP
