CHANGING OF CONTRACT WITHOUT ADVISEMENT

On 16/04/13 I was contacted by a call centre agent advising me... as mail states below that I am due for upgrade and that there is specific handsets to choose from for the plan I have with them.

A few days after receiving my new handset, I made contact with Charles Dunn, since I could not send any sms's out on my phone. I was advised the enter the centre nr and reset my phone, still didn't work. I called the callcentre again, ONLY TO BE TOLD: We are sorry, but your contract has been changed to only 30 sms's for free and not 1000 sms anymore, but it is still R199 per/mnth. I lost my temper, since I have not, either on recorded line and or mail confirm or give consent for this to be altered or changed. VIRGIN MOBILE JUST CONNED ME AND DECIDED TO CHANGE MY WHOLE CONTRACT WITHOUT ANY ADVISEMENT, VERBALLY OR VIA MAIL IN WRITING... Apparantly they made a mistake and I must just accept it!!! BULL&@#%&!
