I posted a complaint re my Tab on 3 May 2013.
About 4 May Cindy phoned me and said she must give the query through to Rudzani because he has more authority than her.
The next day Rudzani phoned and knew NOTHING about the Hello Peter complaint.
I never heard from Vodacom again.
What is the use that Vodacom just phones you to quiet you down and pretend they are going to help to keep you from complaining on Hello Peter???
I am STILL not happy about the way this situation has been handled and I got my broken Tab back with a dent in it after I looked after it so well.
WHAT is Vodacom going to do about it???
