During peak times in Midrand the throughput on my 3G connection drops to 0. This is almost we very evening while during the day the connection is fine. The throughput is so bad in the evenings that I get a 0% response rate on pinging a DNS server that I'm using.
When I've reported this to the call centre they are adamant is is either my equipment or that the problem is temporary. This has been going on for almost a month now, so it is hardly temporary.
Please increase the available bandwidth on your towers so that your users can utilize the services you sell them.
