I got a Samsung tablet a few months ago... I have not been able to use the internet for 2 months and it will not send sms's. I have called four times and get told that it is on a cool off period??? And its still on prepaid... after months. I'm still waiting for it to be activated... Im paying every month for a package im not getting where are my 2gigs? The guy even asked me what contract im on because they dont knw.

Can someone who is senior help me please because your call centre agents are pushing me over the edge.
