After my Samsung S3 has been in for repairs twice. The second time to their ARC dept my phone is still not working. The bottom line is they say I am lying when I say that my phone is still not working - what purpose do I have to lie? All I want is a phone that works and is reliable - what I am paying for? The phone will be going in for repairs again today as requested by Vodacom Head Office, and I have been told by them THEY will decide if they will replace it, if not its then my problem. I will NOT pay for a phone that does not work. Their customer service is terrible and I am a very unhappy customer.
