Poor service

I am tired of being made to play musical chairs by your call center agents.
i applied for a contract last weekend .and up to date i have not received a response.
and when i call your call center i am told no pick option 1 if i pick option 1 i get told no pick option 2.
or i get told we call you back... i am still waiting for that call Cell C.
please get your act together.
