We all know just how bad the service can be from our regular service providers, like telephone, Receiver, etc and everyone always complains about Telkom but I had the most amazing experience from beginning to end.
From the easy 10min application process at the Seapoint branch, to the installation being done a week later where the technician was exceptionally friendly, on the ball and left me his No incase we have any problems.
Then the next day I got a call from call centre to follow-up on everything
