After 6 weeks of promises iPhone 5 still faulty

This is enough now. For 6 weeks I have been complaining about not getting calls on the NEW iPhone 5.
I have phoned the helpline several times.
Every time the say change the settings... it does not help.
The next person say that the previous assistant was incompetent and I should change it back! Some iPhone expert was going to help but decided it was to much trouble. Moral of the story:
Cell C is the cheapest but the worst service!
