No response/No feed-back from Vodacom.
I complained to Amanda at customer care on 17/07/2013 regarding the suckingly slow network speeds I am experiencing. She promised to SMS me a reference. I am still waiting for the reference!
Also, Amanda promised me that a network person will contact me regarding the snailishly network speeds. Recently, maximum 726 bytes/second! Not the first time that I have complained to Vodacom about the slow speeds.
BUT, NO RESPONSE FROM VODACOM.
