I have had a vodacom contract for many years and have always raved about their good service, but now when I finally come to them with a problem, I get mixed stories and no satisfaction at all. I had a BB full touch screen that I loved. Had it now for a year. This week it fell in the toilet and me thinking since I pay insurance, that I would be covered. So I took the phone in to the Cresta service centre and claimed. The following day I spoke to 2 consultants who told me my access was R800. Then friday at the same cresta shop they tell me that I can't get a BB of the same quality as I only qualify for R5000, and I really wanted a BB :(. So I choose a different phone and my access is all of a sudden R1000. So I still sit without a phone that I am paying so much for and nobody really cares as long as they get paid!!!
