Vodacom

An upgrade was done using my details. An amount of R800 was debited from my account. Called upgrade department serveral times with no help nor luck. Had to drive to vodaworld to sort the matter out. No response has been given to me. Now my accounts are in arrears because of this due to them not being paid. We going towards end of the month no response as yet. They will debit again and my accounts in arrears again. Who's going to pay for those arrears. I need this matter to be sorted as soon as possible before I'm in more arrears. They kind of service I have received its appalling. I have been given the run around concerning this.
