NO ONE CAN HELP ME

Good day
I've applied for an upgrade on my credit card, it was declined - reason ARREARS!!! I don't have any arrears on my account and no one can tell me what this is for!!! I've been banking with FNB for 10 years and this is very frustrating!!! The last person i spoke to told me to ignore the arrears message HAHAHAHA whatever how can I ignore it if they decline me everytime if I apply BUT nobody can tell me what account is in arrears! WAKE UP!!!
Please can someone tell me what account I have that is in arrears that they pick up when I apply for an upgrade!!!
