I have no internet for almost 2 month and they keep invoicing me. the problem i have no internet, i log a fault, and 3 complains and no one take attention of it. also i keep calling them every week and they tell me it is an area problem which is not true, my neighbours are working fine, i am registered for 4Mbs and i receive .01 Mbs.
really they don't care about their customers, even one of the call with customer service they closed the phone in my face. i requested to talk to the supervisor and nothing happen.
i dont know what is really going their. very BADDD Service.
