Excellent Service Received for Contract Upgrade

I wish to commend Zahid Kola from MTN Direct, Head Office in Johannesburg for the manner in which he assisted me with my contract upgrade.

I received my new phone within 2 working days upon applying for the same and I wish MTN had more competent staff like him. Some key competencies he displayed:

*Friendliness
*Willingness to assist
*Regular Feedback
*Contract details discussed in-depth
*Dispute Resolution
*Direction
*Communicating on a personal level - even phoned me at 8pm in the evening to verify that I was happy with my new handset

Please ensure he gets the recognition he deserves. I applaud him for a job well done and I look forward to corresponding with him in the future. MTN needs guys like him all over this country - including in the outlets as his resourcefulness and customer oriented nature is what you are seriously lacking elsewhere.
