Second time around and still my Laptop is not insured yet my modem is cover and insured for R7000- where i have to pay R130- p/m i got proof of paperwork to say that both the laptop and modem need to be covered for R10000- who would insure a modem Only for R7000- how can you have such incompetent people working for you dealing with insurance? if its not problems with insurance then its problems with vodacom!! Attitude and all... This problem needs to be rectified immediately as i REFUSE to cover any other bills for your company until i have proof that this problem is solved!! i am so tired of having to phone you and solve problems, when it can be avoided by actually reading the work in front of you, unless your staff are blind and cannot do the work... i have been with vodacom only for many years and never expected to receive the service that i have from you! DON'T INSURE YOUR BELONGINGS THROUGH VODACOM OR CELL SURE!!! You will be around time after time...
