Poor service and not keeping client informed

I got a new contract from Cell where I was called by Neli about two week ago. I told her I want to port a number and she agreed without asking the clarifying questions which I only got a week later. I have had my phone now for two weeks plus and my porting is not done, called more than 10 time to the all department including porting, client service and CEO but the service is too pathetic to say the least. Everyone makes promises but no one get back to me.

To date I'm still awaiting a call from lerato. I have reference nu, bers that by now I feel are useless..3042202162 and the other 1304250000050056.

Please cancel contract and take your phone. Dont call me this issue is not resolved becuase I'm going to be rude to you.

All i wanted to do is to port to the number 073 9686303, is that such a mission impossible???
