b) POOR SERVICE
c) RIDICULOUSLY slow INTERNET
d) TERRIBLE CALL-CENTRE
e) my previous complaint mentioned that someone would contact me and left their email address - I emailed them and was IGNORED and I received no emails from that person... or you...
What exactly am I paying so much for and my account is always on time if my internet is ridiculously slow?
I should be given a 4Mbps line UNCAPPED per month at NO EXTRA CHARGE to myself for being such a LOYAL CUSTOMER with your PATHETIC SERVICE. One cannot even get through to a HUMAN when calling the call-centre "all operators are busy, we appreciate your call" hypnotises you...
If you want to offer decent service, IMPROVE your CUSTOMER SUPPORT... and CARE about your LOYAL CUSTOMERS like me!
