Mtn just cannot seem to change my billing date

On the 28th May 2013 I contacted man to change my debit order from the 20th to the 25th of each month, effective 25th June 2013. This is now the second month that the debit order is still processed on the 20th. I walked into the eikestad mall branch in June to go and fix it and after being ensured that the change has been applied, it is still wrong. What am I suppose to do. Can someone who knows how your billing system work please call me to sort out this mess. I am at my wits end with your incompetence.
