Multi sim problem

USELESS service!!! We've been trying to add a micro sim to an excisting data contract for nearly 2 weeks now!! The store at Brits Mall was to useless to log a case so we did it ourselfs through customer service. Tumelo at customer service told us to get a micro sim and RICA it and it can be linked. Now he is not available today and absolutely nobody can help us! They even tell us that it can not be done!!??? Can someone please phone us back regarding this issue, because after several phone calls thats being charged (because you can not phone from a data sim) we are fed up!!
