I have been on pre-paid on Vodacom for some time... I just took out a contract with MTN and asked for them if I could keep my number. MTN advised that it wouldn't be a problem as they would just migrate the number from Vodacom to MTN. I have received the contract phone and signed the papers 2 WEEKS ago, BUT CANT use it because VODACOM has not ended (accepted the migrattion) on their side. MTN has already invoiced me for this month as the contract has commenced, but I have no use for the contract as i can't use it because its not on the network because of VODACOm's bad attitude. The lady helping me at MTN is so good but even she has not been able to get any response after numerous calls logged with VODACOM...
