I am fed up, taking the matter forward

Hi Peter, last night I went to Menlyn and I bumped into an 8ta store where I asked if they can check if the account they have opened with my ID has been deleted, to my surprise I am still on their system and they said that I have taken three iPhone cell phones and I have requested them to cancel and they have not, I am going to take the matter forward as I have all the prove of all the requests I had.
