I did not open any account with you

Hello Peter, I have just received a call from an 8ta agent saying that my account has not been paid for since it was opened in April and they requested for the account to get paid, I did not even open any account with them. I mean I did not sign for this account and don't even intend to open an y account with them not anytime soon, I am now going t take this matter forward with my representative before they can even think of blacklisting my name and if they do that I swear by my grandmothers grave to sue them. It is so disgusting for a company as big as them doing this to innocent people. I wonder how many people they are opening account for without them being even aware, this is.
