I have been receiving exessive cell phone bills from January this year.By quering this today 19 July 2013, I was informedby Erica at your call centre, that my billing cycle is from the 15th of the month iso the 1st of the month so that is the reason for my high account, so this has been like this from January, the agent that upgraded my phone did not explain this to me, I am now out of pocket every-month since January. This should have been explained to me before I signed the contract. So my free airtime and minutes was only for 15 days!!! Please sort this out asap, and refund my account as a matter of urgency.
