I signed up for a 2Gig data contract for a about R500 pm. To my dismay I received a bill in July for R1500. on doing enquiries, I was told that I had exceeded my 2Gig. When I asked it to be limited to 2Gigs, I was sent a form to complete that give me MyAlert service for R5 pm, but it is not 100% gautanteed. I am not happy to pay for something and it is not gauranteed. I think this is exploitation, as I will still be liable for exceeding 2Gig even if I pay for a service that should prevent me from exceeding my limit.
