Our offices have bad MTN Signal, I logged a request last year this time to get a booster fitted & have MTN investigate, nothing happened for months & eventually the logged request expired!
Logged another call in May & to this day have had no one come after multiple follow ups & do a site visit or anything to boost the Signal, seriously thinking of moving all our employees to Vodacom who helped out very quickly for our Vodacom subscribers.
