To whom it may concern

I have had the worst service from your canal walk shop as I have been told and promised by your manager Hendrik numerous times that he would keep me informed and as to the status on my cellphone repairs at the time when it was away for repairs to Johannesburg

The same from Llewellyn and Rosina at the Canal Walk shop and so many other staff I spoke to at Autopage in Johannesburg.

This cellphone had been away for almost 4 months from 24 Jan 2013 until I collected it on the approx 4 may 2013 and I had asked Hendrik to get my cost of the repair waved as compensation for having received such service. I received a voicemail from Autopage for a verbal quote of R655.00 during the April and now 2 months after I had collected the phone I get Invoiced R732.45. On collection of the phone I asked if there was any cost to the repairs done to the phone and they told me no there was no invoice or documentation pertaining to this.

When i called the shop numerous times I could not get through at all and when it answered I got cut off.
