Two weeks since query logged and still no response

Two weeks ago (to the day) I submitted a query to [Email Removed] regarding a suspicious deduction of R1.36 that's been going off my account. Btw, this is the contact email given on their website (see link below). I am yet to receive feedback. Very poor service, dismal to say the least! Please do not use the slogan "How can we help you" if you don't really mean it.
