I had a 8ta contract 4 with blackberry Bis that I was paying 567.70 and was expiring at the end of august, telkom sales called to alert me of the expiry and on the 14th of june I walked into a fourways telkom shop to upgrade and I decided on a smartplan 100 that said (100mins all networks, 1gig data, free calls to telkom mobile for 12 months and an s4) i was asked some security questions by the sales lady (1) do you have a rcs card (2) what is your credit limit? i answered the questions and signed the contract and was told my phone will be ready on the 23 and on the 23rd of June I was told the computer will only release the phone on the 1st of July .on the 2nd of July I was called to come pick my phone after picking my phone I went to dionwired to get my new phone a nice pouch and pay for my rcs card to my shock I had a purchase of R5999.00 that was done on the 28th of June on my account duplicate card! And today my data bundle is depleted I call telkom and was told my 150mb is finished but hey I signed for smartplan 100 that comes with 1gig data! No no smartplan 100 only comes with 150 mb and its even there on their website I think it's a rip off, ah highly untrained staff poor serv
