I am hoping that by sharing my story that Cell C will decide its NOW time to take action considering FEW months later no action has been taken nor assistance given. I have been trying to report a with regards to usage on my one number since late MARCH but its falling on deaf ears and I am STILL being billed for some criminals phone calls WHICH I NO LONGER WILL TOLERATE!!! Promise after promise and i am still being robbed blind every month by R600 .
Should Cell C still NOT be forthcoming with assisting me on this, I will be left with no choice but to open a case of with the SAPS against Cell C and refer to an Ombudsman for further assistance and action against Cell C.
I do hope that this will not fall on deaf ears, I might be just a small client, but I should hope that I am still significant as a paying client.
