We are being charged out of bundle rates even though in our contract it says nothing about out of bundle data usage. Today we looked and we are being charged R 722-00 for a service we did not request. To make matters worse we have not been connected to the internet now and data is still being transferred somehow. Day light comes to mind. When we phone the call centre they inform me that it is in our contract. We were also informed at the Northgate branch where we signed up that we could not be charged over the allocated amount.
