Lack of Feedback and promises broken

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, MY SISTER, MONIQUE MASHEGO (STUDYING AT UNIVERSITY OF PRETORIA) DROPPED OF HER BLACKBERRY 9360 ON MONDAY THE 24TH OF JUNE 2013. SHE WAS TOLD THAT HER PHONE WOULD BE READY BY THURSDAY THE 27 OF JUNE 2013. IT WAS NOT AND WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE NEXT WEEK. IT IS/WAS VARSITY BREAK AND COULDN'T RETURN THE FOLLOWING WEEK BUT GAVE AN ALTERNATE NUMBER TO CONTACT SO PHONE COULD BE COLLECTED WHEN READY FOR COLLECTION. TO DATE, THYE 17TH OF JULY 2013 THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER REGARDING HER PHONE. I HAVE BEEN CALLING VODACARE HATFIELD PLAZA FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS, MIGHT AS WELL NOT HAVE A LANDLINE BECAUSE IT JUST RINGS AND RINGS!! THIS IS UTTERLY DISSAPPOINTING AND THE POOREST OF POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE!!!
