I handed my BlackBerry cellphone in for repair as it continue to switch off several times. I recived a call on Saturday (13.07.2013) from Dipuo (incompetent lady speaks over you dont listen nothing), whom advised me that the cellphone was out of waranty and i had to pay R500 for it to be repaired. i then advised her that no one told me that the cellphones from Cell C only comes with a 12month waranty. she kept on speaking over me then i requested to speak to her superior. i was then advised that they are not in she can get someone to call me on Monday (15.07.2013). i called back on the 15.07.2013 and spoke to Rahaba (another lady that doesnt listen) whom advised me that Vivan Mariemuphu (supervisor) and Maggi Molapo (manager) is not around. i requested that she ask one of them to call me. i then called back on the 17.07.2013 and spoke to Justen (competent gentlemen that listens and explain very nicely to an individual), he advised me that they are not in today. can someone call me and explain to me how this 12month waranty works and why i was never notified and also please listen to the recordings and train the people accordingly.
