I TOOK MY CAR TO MTHIMKHULU PROJECT AS IT HAD TWO PROBLEMS ON IT, FIRST WAS THE CLUSTER NOT WORKING AND SECON MY RENEULT HAD A BAD SOUND LIKE DIESEL COMING FROM THE TOP. THE MTHIMKHULU PROJECT SEND A QUATATION TO INNOVATION AND THEY TOLD THE WORKSHOP THAT THE CLUSTER HAS TO BE REPAIRED FIRST BY US BECAUSE IS NOT COVERD ON THE WARANTY, I DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT I UNDERSTOOD AND BOUGHT A NEW CLUSTER FOR 2300 AT RENEULT AND IT WAS REPLACED. AFTER THEY HAD ADVISED US THAT AS SOON AS WE FIX THE CLUSTER WE CAN CONTINUE WITH THE CLAIM, WE CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY ARE REJECTING THE CLAIM. HOW CAN THEY REJECT THE CLAIM WHEN THEY ADVISED ME TO FIX THE CLUSTER FIRST AND THEN THEY CHANGE STORIES AFTER. THEY ARE THE SAME PEOPLE WHO ADVISED THE WORKSHOP TO STRIP THE ENGINE.

THIS IS PATHETIC SERVICE AND I FEEL SO SAD THAT I USED INNOVATION FOR THE WARANTY IN MY CAR AND WOULD LIKE TO GET BETTER SERVICE AND FIX MY CAR. INNOVATION GROUP IS PATHETIC.

IS ALSO DIFFICULT TO GET HOLD OF MANAGEMENT THERE AS I HAVE BEEN TRANSFERED FROM PILLAR TO POST TO GET HOLD OF DORISHIN AS HE IS A MANAGER THERE.

I WANT MY CAR FIXED OR I WILL GO TO OMBUDSMAN
