No other way to describe service than pathetic

My package was updated very fast and eagerly by some person in a call centre phoning me at work one day. getting a new phone is however much more painful. waiting in a queue because the person who is supposed to service clients are on leave (which the person at the till willingly shares with everyone entering the store getting upset about the queue). no dummy phone available. No stock available. Then I apply for a laptop and contract - no stock. still waiting. When my phone arrived yesterday I had to pay R105 for simcard, R150 admin fee... FOR WHAT??? I had to transfer all my photos, numbers and BBM contacts myself. R150 for what??? I have been trying for the last hour to request a sim swap. no answer. still no laptop. Have never considered moving to another service provider. VERY dissappointed in Vodacom.
