Please explain to me. how do you cancel your cell phone contract after 24 month contract term telephonically and no debit order has been deducted from your bank account for 2 year... then suddenly after almost 2 and a half years the legal department from cell c phones you with handing over of account for amount of R236... with legal fees total amount R599... where do you get this amount from and why suddenly after 2years decide to phone with this amount outstanding??? this is redicilous seriously... margaret from legal department has such an attitude no one can even try to find out what is going on. telling me i am not allowed to cancel my contract after contract term?? what is this? and why didnt the call centre agent which we cancelled the contact with via telephone told us he will send a letter for written cancellation needs to be done before contact can be cancelled. and then you decide to leave the no debit order anyways for over 2years???
