So my husband just called them to see about his upgrade... the consultant informed him that he can only choose from 2 tyopes of phones. Needless to say it was not what he liked, he enquired about other phones and was told that this his the options available on his current package. He asked if he could change his package to which the responds was NO!

After getting No so many times from the consultant, my husband decided to cancel his contract. He was informed that as from the 17 August his contract will be cancelled but they will still be deducting until the 1st October. When he asked why, he was told that is how their system works!!!

I fail to see how it works if your contract ends August surely your last payment should be for that month or the 1st of the next month (if you have debit order).

The consultant didnt even try to presuade him not to cancell. Suffice to say not very helpfull in explaning why the extra 2 months deductions or williness why the package cant be changed. Dont seem like they want to keep their customers.
