Employee has a bad attitude towards customers

Me and my father went to Vodacom Secunda this afternoon to upgrade my Top Up 200 contract (which I have at Nashua) to a Top Up 500. Recently when we were on holiday in Cape Town, the woman at the Milnerton branch told us that we can upgrade through Vodacom, even though the contract is currently at Nashua... Today when we told the woman that the contract is currently at Nashua, she chipped in and told us that they are not Nashua... As if me and my father were stupid??? She then told us that we cant do it like that, and the we decided to go to Nashua afterall, due to her bad attitude towards us as customers. We took out 2 contracts with a net worth of approx. R19000 over a 2 year period with Nashua, and if it werent for the bad attitude of the assistent at Vodacom, we wouldve taken out the contracts at Vodacom.
