So, what has happened since? I was promised to be phoned back shortly on Monday 20 May. Shortly to me means a few minutes, at most a day -- but never? I walked in to the N1 City Cell-C store on Friday 24 May -- and again, nobody could give me a reason as to why I was given a bogus quote of around 4.3k to fix an outdated Galaxy SII. I was promised to be phoned back before 5pm, Friday 24 May. Surprise- surprise, nobody ever phoned.
The previous complaint was closed as "extremely dissatisfied" as Cell C has obviously done nothing. I will continue adding a new complaint every 5 days on Hello Peter until I get an answer. Since you do not act on Hello Peter complaints, I'll make sure to include complaints on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and every other media channel I can think of within the next 48 hours -- oh wait, I meant shortly. And my shortly really means "shortly".
