From Bad to Worst

I request statements for the tax year of 2012 to 2013. The first three calls I made it very clear to the consultants that I need my statements from Feb 2012 to Feb 2013 and each and every time they send statements from March 2013 and onwards. At this stage I have made six calls. My wife had send thee e-mails and still no statements!!! And I am still waiting for Aldrin the manager to give me a call... On the site we even score the service a 0 and thought they will follow up - but with no success.
And in the meantime I must smile and just pay my monthly fees...
