On the the 6 March I went to Nashua Mobile to have my cell phone repaired the screen had broken after calling the general customer services department on the 5th to ensure I was covered and that there would be no excess, and that the repairs should take 1 month, handed my phone in on the 6th - as they were offline a white piece of paper was stamped to ensure they had proof of my phone, an NO point was I asked to complete an Insurance Claim form, SIX weeks later, I have since collected my repaired phone which I have had for a week now to receive an sms at the beginning of the week asking me to complete my Insurance form, then to call them again to ASK for a a form, only to have my Cell phone bill arrive today and to be advise that I would be debited with an additional 2500.00 for the said repairs. And this claim would take 5 - 7 days from insurance and only then my money would be returned to me! This is unacceptable as this from could have been competed anytime in the last 7 weeks now at number 99 it must be completed but in the mean time I must out of pocket with 2500.00 which yes surely they will repay me WHEN? if you look at their inconsistent time lines who knows maybe by Xmas?
