Phone Lost

My phone was taken to Autopage East Rand Mall to be replaced as it is still brand new and allready not working. I took it in on the 29th of June 2013 and was assured it will take a maximum of 10 working days to resolve. Today is the 12th working day and has not yet been resolved.
I phoned the store and they say that the call was resolved at Head Office but they do not know how it was resolved. I then phoned Head Office and they also say the call was resolved but also do not know how it was resolved. At this moment no one knows when and how I am going to get a new phone!!!
Come on Autopage???
