Complaint: My father was a offered A VODACOM contract. The phone was delivered however the contract was not as per his request. He then cancelled the contract within the stipulated cooling off period however the contract has since not been cancelled and the phone has not been collected as per the promise from Maletsatsi Sello from Afrizon. Please advise that we took the effort of driving from Soweto all the way to Kramerville to lodge this complaint. Nothing has been done and his account continues to be debited. We are disappointed in the bad service we have received from AFrizon and the unprofessional manner in which we have been treated. This just highlights that the company has zero commitment to good business ethics let alone good customer service. It has been almost two months now that we waiting for you to collect this cell phone, We want a full refund of all the fees and charges paid.
